Iron Trigger Alzheimer's



Iron substance is the key so that the red blood cells can circulate oxygen throughout the body. More iron in the body means the smoother metabolism becomes. But not according to brain health as too much iron levels can actually trigger Alzheimer's.

A study found that people who have high hemoglobin levels, which also mean high levels of iron, have a 3 times greater risk of developing Alzheimer's than those who had normal hemoglobin levels.

The solution is to reduce the consumption of meat and multiply the consumption of green vegetables. The meat is rich in iron and can be easily absorbed by the body. Medium green vegetables have iron levels that are not too high, but accordance with the recommendation daily intake of iron. Green vegetables also contain antioxidants that will bind iron so minimizing the damage.
