Early 40s, Where It All Begins

Lately I notice that I’m starting to lose my hair when I look at the mirror. Maybe I’m losing it as I’m in my early 40s but I do remember about people saying that life begins at forty. It’s not only until there but I think I’m starting to be so forgetful also. I remember a few days back when I forget at what stories I park the car and in the end have to ask for help from the parking service people to look for it. But I’m starting taking extra vitamin and I’m also trying this trick to remember better. With the combinations of clenching right hand while memorizing and clenching left hand while recalling. I do hope this will help me remember better as I'm kinda too young to be senile.
